It has taken me significantly longer to reach this point than I ever expected. Over the last 20 months, I have engaged in extensive self-reflection, identifying my strengths and exploring how they can benefit others. I am still refining! Still, I love helping people realise their full potential, and my diverse career has given me some incredible insights.
